Eugen Schwab-Chesaru joined the Bucharest team in February 1999 to help set up PAC’s subsidiary in Romania and he also led the launch of PAC’s SITSI® program of off-the-shelf reports in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). His main responsibilities include heading PAC’s operations in Bucharest and the greater CEE area, as well as delivering strategic consulting to clients and partners.
Franck Nassah joined PAC after a long career at IDC, where he spent 13 years as an observer of the IT market evolution and associated usages. He joined PAC in January 2011 as a director, with a double objective: manage the production and the quality of the French studies/research and consulting activities by leading a team of 10 consultants – and strengthen the outsourcing, sourcing and offshore department in France. As Senior Vice President, Franck has increased responsibilities in the operational management of the French team.
Julia Reichhart is part of PAC’s SAP Services Research Team and has specialized in Professional Services in Germany. As a member of PAC’s Project Services Research Program she analyzes the project services market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition, her responsibilities include market analyses and strategic consulting for the German and Swiss markets, as well as for the Western European telecom sector.
