Microsoft, in the past, has thought that the path to the cloud was going to be a 5-10 year progression for many companies. That timetable has changed and Microsoft is trying to become a beneficiary of the accelerated move to the cloud.

Aurore Goncalves is an expert of Retail Sector and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. She also works on Business Applications and realizes frequent market reports and strategic surveys: account profiling, players positioning, rankings, due diligences.

Biswajit Banerjee’s main responsibilities include market analysis and strategic consulting for the software and IT services industry in APAC with main focus on India. As a senior analyst he is responsible for hardware maintenance, system infrastructure software and project services product segments. His main focus verticals in this region include Manufacturing, Transport, Telecom, Banking and Insurance industry.

Eugen Schwab-Chesaru joined the Bucharest team in February 1999 to help set up PAC’s subsidiary in Romania and he also led the launch of PAC’s SITSI® program of off-the-shelf reports in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). His main responsibilities include heading PAC’s operations in Bucharest and the greater CEE area, as well as delivering strategic consulting to clients and partners.

Franck Nassah joined PAC after a long career at IDC, where he spent 13 years as an observer of the IT market evolution and associated usages. He joined PAC in January 2011 as a director, with a double objective: manage the production and the quality of the French studies/research and consulting activities by leading a team of 10 consultants – and strengthen the outsourcing, sourcing and offshore department in France. As Senior Vice President, Franck has increased responsibilities in the operational management of the French team.

Dr. Katrin Schleife is responsible for publicly funded research projects at PAC and is in charge of PACʼs Statistics Competence Center. She is focusing on the retail & wholesale sector, as well as on cloud computing, standardization and e-business.

Nick Mayes is responsible for producing the annual UK retail report and also leads many consultancy engagements in addition to managing PACʼs Deal Tracker service.

Rajeev Suman’s main responsibilities include analyzing the APAC markets for software and IT services market and strategic consulting for the software and IT services industry in APAC with specific focus on India. His focus areas include the public sector, utilities, retail, and services industries in India. His focus segments are outsourcing, application software products, and tools.
