Dr. Andreas Stiehler is in charge of PACʼs Communication, Collaboration, Mobility (CCM) Research Program. He is responsible for the setup and execution of customized research and consulting projects.

Biswajit Banerjee’s main responsibilities include market analysis and strategic consulting for the software and IT services industry in APAC with main focus on India. As a senior analyst he is responsible for hardware maintenance, system infrastructure software and project services product segments. His main focus verticals in this region include Manufacturing, Transport, Telecom, Banking and Insurance industry.

Christophe Châlons is member of the management board of PAC Group, with a special focus on methodology, quality management and multi-national projects. As Vice President Quality he is responsible for ensuring corporation-wide quality in customer-specific reports and consulting services as well as in the production and delivery of PAC’s renowned SITSI® Program

Dominic Trott is responsible for the production of the annual public sector and telecom vertical reports for the UK, and leads PAC’s off-the-shelf reporting programme covering the Nordic region. Dominic also writes a number of reports profiling leading SITS providers to the UK Nordic markets, and is heavily involved in the production of bespoke consulting projects.

Eugen Schwab-Chesaru joined the Bucharest team in February 1999 to help set up PAC’s subsidiary in Romania and he also led the launch of PAC’s SITSI® program of off-the-shelf reports in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). His main responsibilities include heading PAC’s operations in Bucharest and the greater CEE area, as well as delivering strategic consulting to clients and partners.

Klaus Holzhauser is responsible for the EMEA SAP consulting services research. He also covers Application Management as part of our Outsourcing practice and leads PAC’s Project Services Research Program for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition, he is involved in strategic consulting projects for IT suppliers, and M&A projects.

Mathieu Poujol has been project manager for the several reports such as EAI, Integration Platforms, Portals, SOA, Open Source for France, Germany and Europe. He is also responsible for the customer relationship management in its covered fields. He is addressing all the customer needs, related to those segments: market studies and analysis, custom research, marketing and strategic consulting for end-user and technology providers.

Nick Mayes is responsible for producing the annual UK retail report and also leads many consultancy engagements in addition to managing PACʼs Deal Tracker service.

With over 25 years of experience as an industry analyst, software developer and project manager, Philip has become one of the best-known and most respected analysts in the sector. His work has covered business applications, BI, document management and KM, and latterly Philip has focused on Cloud, Software as a Service and application services.

Philipp Schalla’s main responsibilities include the Austrian software and IT services industry as well as the market for Scientific, Industrial and Embedded IT (STIE) systems in Germany. As a member of PAC’s Outsourcing Research Program he analyzes the Outsourcing markets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
